It’s with regret that some we have to announce the passing of some of most long standing members. They have done amazing things for the club and millions of people globally and their passing has brought home the importance of Carpe Diem.
To paraphrase the Disney’s.. they saw it clearer than any of us.
They have set up projects which we’ll be announcing over the coming months, and we are excited by those new members who are joining us.. both those already acknowledge for their works with MBEs and the like and those starting out on their philanthropic journeys.
We continue to be amazed by the team at Freedom International NOW and what they are accomplishing and we are looking to support them more proactively.

The United Empire Club held a great event on Saturday 6th August. There was a strong turn out from the members, who thoroughly enjoyed the fine dining, and good company. The Club members were joined by a contingent from Japan, who shared insights into the historic ties between our countries, and the ways in which they support our values and charity work across the Asian region.
There was much excitement about the growth of The Club, and the ways in which technology is supporting The Executive Organisers, in making a wider impact from their good work.
