As we approach Q4 in 2021, so much has happened over the last few years. Projects started decades ago are completed. Yet there is clearly so much still to do.
Recent flooding leaves people needing a hand up.
The Olympics inspire.
The challenge of Covid and global lockdowns remain.
The importance of character, good values and doing the right thing.
We are grateful for the support of the members and all they do to pay it forward so we can have a tomorrow for all.
This is a quick public acknowledgment of what’s happening behind the scenes for you as a potential or current member of The Club, and an invitation.
This is an invitation to help make our new online club portal as good as it can be, and the resource our members need and would love it to be so they can make more of a difference in the world.
Decades ago, perhaps centuries, private member clubs were formed around physical buildings and members would meet weekly, monthly or ad-hoc in a shared physical space.
Clearly our members have always been adventurers, explorers, teachers and entrepreneurs.
People committed to learning and doing good works.
The challenge in the modern world is to create the same opportunities for chance happenings and real relationships developing over time.
We – as The Club – and our members still intend and will host breakfasts, lunches, dinners and more when time and space allows.
In the interim we have decided to break ground here to develop a new place to call home.
So this is your invitation to get involved, to share photos and videos, articles and links which we’ll build together.
We have been doing what we can to hold the space for people to show up as their higher noble values and we hope we can count on your patience, caring and support as we enter this new phase.

It’s with regret that some we have to announce the passing of some of most long standing members. They have done amazing things for the club and millions of people globally and their passing has brought home the importance of Carpe Diem.
To paraphrase the Disney’s.. they saw it clearer than any of us.
They have set up projects which we’ll be announcing over the coming months, and we are excited by those new members who are joining us.. both those already acknowledge for their works with MBEs and the like and those starting out on their philanthropic journeys.
We continue to be amazed by the team at Freedom International NOW and what they are accomplishing and we are looking to support them more proactively.

Our members receive regular updates, and it was noted that not much has been posted on the public website for some time. We are active doing good here in the UK, in the USA, in Africa – in multiple countries, Asia, and around the world.
We are grateful for the new members and for the opportunities we have to help people.
Recent highlights were the events at the IOD, attended by members of the House of Lords and international royalty which we hope will become an historic event.
Many members are also flying in to attend www.London2015.net in May and we hope to see you and your guests there.
We’d like to welcome some notable new members from all corners of the world including South America, Brazil, Norway, Italy, France, Singapore, Philipines, Ireland, and England. Some have been referred by some of our sister organizations who support charity and noble values and we appreciate the good work they do.
We look forward to welcoming the likes of Francesco, Doug, Cyril, Angeles, Dominique, Michael, Fabio, Andrew, Terje, Simon, Emma, Joseph and Noah (to name a few) to our events in the near future.
It is very warming to all of us, to see such positive people coming together and taking advantage of a tremendous opportunity, that The United Empire Club provides.
